If you can clearly scan the completed application form, you can e-mail to us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. If the quality of the scan is not adequate we will request the form to be either mailed or faxed to us with any other relevant documents.
We do not supply Goods in French territory. Providing payment is secure, with the exception of France, your location is relevant. If logistics are not an issue we will supply any country in the world (except for France).
nder normal circumstances we aim to offer a 48 – 72 hour turnaround within the UK. If an order is received on a Monday morning we would aim to have it picked, packed and dispatched by Tuesday. Export orders will obviously take longer and we are happy to advise on timeframes when an order is placed. Through September – December deliveries maybe delayed and the likelihood of this increases in the lead up to Christmas due to the volume of orders received. During this period you are best advised to place your order early. Feel free to contact us for an estimate on delivery.

Yes, if you arrange it with us you are welcome to pick up your order. Make sure you notify us when you are placing your order that you intend to pick it up.
This causes us problems due to paperwork, labour and admin. If there are some changes to be made and the order is already picked and packed, we may charge for the additional labour involved in re-packing and amending the order as this is a timely process and will delay your order.

We take the majority of pro-forma payments by credit / debit cards upto £2,500. Customers who hold a credit account with us typically pay by BACS or cheque.

VAT is charged at 20% on all orders which are invoiced within the UK and Europe. Orders which are invoiced to VAT registered businesses in Europe (non UK) are zero rated. All orders outside Europe are VAT exempt. Proof of export is required on all Ex/works orders.
