Do your prices include VAT?
No, the prices displayed are excluding VAT.
How can I pay for my order?
We take the majority of pro-forma payments by credit / debit cards upto £2,500. Customers who hold a credit account with us typically pay by BACS or cheque.
Can I pay by credit card, Paypal etc.?
We take payments by major credit / debit cards; Visa, MasterCard, Maestro etc. Due to increased costs incurred by us we do not accept Paypal, Amex or Wester Union.
Is there a fee levied for paying by credit / debit card?
No there is no s�urcharge levied on card payments. Please bear in mind there is a minimum order value of £300.00.

Can I e-mail my credit application to you?
If you can clearly scan the completed application form, you can e-mail to us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. If the quality of the scan is not adequate we will request the form to be either mailed or faxed to us with any other relevant documents.
Can I have a trade account when I only sell on ebay?

Can I see my account online?
No. Please contact credit control if you require a statement or have any questions regarding your account.
Why isn't my credit / debit card payment showing on my statement?
It takes three - four working days for a payment to show on our bank statement. When it does, this is when we credit your account.
What countries to you supply outside the UK?
“We do not supply Goods in French territory. Providing payment is secure, with the exception of France, your location is relevant. If logistics are not an issue we will supply any country in the world (except for France).

How quick can you get the goods over to me?
Under normal circumstances we aim to offer a 48 - 72 hour turnaround within the UK. If an order is received on a Monday morning we would aim to have it picked, packed and dispatched by Tuesday. Export orders will obviously take longer and we are happy to advise on timeframes when an order is placed. Through September - December deliveries maybe delayed and the likelihood of this increases in the lead up to Christmas due to the volume of orders received. During this period you are best advised to place your order early. Feel free to contact us for an estimate on delivery.
Are the quantities on displayed on the websites up-to-date?
We endeavour to keep the website updated as frequently as possible but due to fast changing stock volumes we cannot guarantee that all quantities are accurate. To get a firm indication of stock quantities you are advised to contact us.
Can you do drop shipping to x country?
No, we do not offer a drop shipping facility.
How much discount do you give on bulk orders?

Can I come and visit you?
Yes, you are welcome to come and visit us. Please contact us to make an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. We have a dedicated showroom which a member of our Sales team will be happy to show you. Please note we are not a cash & carry.
I want to pick up my own shipment, is this possbile?
Yes, if you arrange it with us you are welcome to pick up your order. Make sure you notify us when you are placing your order that you intend to pick it up.
How much is delivery?
Delivery within the UK is free for orders with a minimum value of £300 (ex. VAT). The minimum order value is £300.

I cannot find an item I require on your website.
We update our stock daily, please check back for the item you require and to see our updated stock levels.
Do you offer a price list in Excel format?
Yes, please email the Sales Dept this request.
I have confirmed an order with you but now I want to cancel or amend it.
This causes us problems due to paperwork, labour and admin. If there are some changes to be made and the order is already picked and packed, we may charge for the additional labour involved in re-packing and amending the order as this is a timely process and will delay your order.
